Overview
Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific Lifecycle Services leads the profitable and sustainable growth and performance of the Lifecycle business in the Asia Pacific region. The Lifecycle business includes both the Projects and Services business across Rockwell Automation offerings. Reporting to the VP/GM, Lifecycle Services - Head of Regions, you will lead the strategy and execution of the Lifecycle business priorities, managing end-to-end lifecycle needs of customers from pre-sales, projects to maintenance/support.

Responsibilities- Lead the strategy and execution of the Lifecycle business priorities in Asia Pacific, managing the end-to-end lifecycle needs of customers from pre-sales to projects to maintenance/support.
- Manage a P&L of approximately $400 Mn and 700+ people; oversee total LCS P&L and drive annual revenue, operating earnings, resource use, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Oversee strategic growth priorities of the Lifecycle Services business and align with global lifecycle leaders and Global Sales & Marketing to develop and implement annual commercial and delivery strategies.
- Drive market share, revenue, orders growth, and profitability; provide commercial support for large projects and contracts; evaluate delivery risk.
- Provide planning discipline to ensure segment growth and implement metrics to monitor progress; lead continuous improvement across regional capabilities.
- Lead and coordinate resources in design, proposal, project management, field technical support, training, asset management, and related functions across Asia Pacific.
- Develop relationships with business partners (Sales, Global Engineering and Business Services, Integrated Supply Chain, Portfolio) and promote growth opportunities.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent; create and execute a workforce plan with succession planning and development programs.
- Coach teams to build technical, business, and leadership competencies and develop future LCS leaders.
- Foster collaboration across Global Sales, Business Units, delivery, and the Rockwell Automation Partner Network.
- Build relationships with strategic customers to promote Rockwell Automation solutions and services and close strategic orders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering/Technology, or relevant equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of business management experience, preferably in automation, with at least 10 years of managing a large P&L and team.
- Strategic leadership balanced with sustainable performance management.
- Collaborative, able to manage matrix teams and multiple partners; change and culture transformation experience.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and large projects/contracts; strong P&L and accounting fundamentals.
- Customer-focused, innovation-driven, with capacity to drive sustainable growth; go-to-market and channel management experience.
- Understanding of services and solution portfolios; experience across industries such as Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Automotive, Transportation, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper.
