Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Singapore. This role involves engaging with banking customers via outbound and inbound calls to promote a range of personal line insurance products. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experience in a structured, professional environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing banking customers to market personal insurance products (leads provided). Handle inbound sales inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling of relevant products. Respond to customer queries in a confident, timely, and courteous manner. Ensure all communications comply with regulatory requirements and internal quality assurance standards. Candidate Requirements Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related customer‑facing role. Possession of relevant insurance certifications (e.g., BCP, PGI, HI) is highly advantageous. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively. Comfortable conducting outbound sales calls and interacting with a wide range of stakeholders. Excellent negotiation skills and a resilient attitude in handling objections or rejection. A proactive and disciplined approach to meeting performance metrics and sales goals.
