In this role, you will conduct telephone interviews with corporate customers to collect accurate and reliable survey data that helps shape key initiatives. What We Offer ✅ Gross Salary: $3,000 + $100 KPI Achievement = $3,100/month ✅ Completion bonus of 1 month’s salary upon 12 months’ service ✅ 14 days annual leave + medical card provided ✅ Regular office hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm, 40 hrs/week) ✅ Professional office attire, centrally located at 79 Anson Road (Tanjong Pagar MRT) Key Responsibilities Conduct telephone survey interviews with corporate customers Enter, verify, and ensure accuracy of survey data Perform follow-up calls for clarification and data validation Provide timely status reports to your supervisor Handle incoming hotline enquiries Consistently meet assigned KPIs Support ad-hoc duties as required Requirements Diploma / Degree with at least 3 years’ relevant experience Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Meticulous, detail-oriented, proactive, and persuasive Prior experience in survey administration, market research, consultancy, customer service, call center, telemarketing, HR, corporate sales, or marketing is an advantage Independent, self-motivated, and results-driven to achieve KPIs Proficient in MS Excel, email, and internet research How to Apply Email your resume to Go Ai Wei (R ) Cornerstone Global Partners | EA License No: 19C9859 #J-18808-Ljbffr
