HCLSoftware is seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business and expand market presence across the ASEAN region , with a focus on top 100 strategic accounts . This is a field sales role suited for a multiproduct specialist or a channel account executive with a proven ability to hunt, close, and grow enterprise business across multiple countries.

You will be responsible for selling HCL’s hybrid software portfolio (Cloud & On-Premise) , engaging with both net new prospects and existing customers , and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a self-starter , and has a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and enterprise sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined list of top enterprise accounts across ASEAN, with a focus on new business acquisition
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, to closure
  • Develop and execute account strategies and territory plans tailored to the ASEAN market
  • Create compelling value propositions and solution proposals , collaborating with presales and marketing teams
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and third-party influencers
  • Provide accurate forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene, and meet sales targets in alignment with HCLSoftware’s cadence
  • Represent HCLSoftware in customer meetings, local industry events, and regional forums
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes in the ASEAN region
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across HCLSoftware’s product suite

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–10 years of enterprise software sales experience , with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas
  • Experience selling to or managing top-tier accounts in Singapore and broader ASEAN
  • Demonstrated success in hunting new logos , managing large accounts, or working in a channel-focused sales model
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Exposure to large enterprise environments preferred
  • Familiarity with sales qualification frameworks such as MEDDPICCR is a plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and multicultural environment
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
