Responsibilities
  • Provide robust support for end-to-end processing of fixed income products.
  • Manage end-to-end processing, smooth completion and settlement of daily operations for Bonds/Repos.
  • Validate all Bond/Repo trades against source documents in Murex and/or Front Arena systems.
  • Execute pre-settlement confirmations with counterparties.
  • Coordinate with local GFM branches, CBG, WMO or Common Depository on fixing or settlement as needed.
  • Perform month-end bond holdings reconciliation between Murex and custodians/common depository.
  • Ensure compliance with general banking/statutory requirements and internal/regulator compliance.
  • Provide robust support and maintain high service levels for all stakeholders/clients.
  • Engage with managers to contribute ideas and solutions on risk management.
  • Contribute to data and business analytics to support business growth.
  • Leverage data analytics to support a data-driven operating model and predefined outcomes.
  • Establish collaboration across different support units and T&M business by managing through the journey.
Requirements
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations with knowledge of market and industry settlement requirements.
  • Ability to debug issues caused by hardware, OS software, applications, or network failures.
  • Ability to participate in weekend/late-night LVs and extended hours during surge periods.
  • Ability to work on Singapore public holidays when needed.
  • Ability to meet currency cut-off times with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
  • Speed and accuracy in transaction processing with attention to detail and minimal errors.
  • Strong teamwork, dependability, risk & controls mindset, and meticulousness.
