Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor and manage a team ensuring high performance and adherence to HC admin processes. Lead and participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Work closely with HC Employee Relations on disciplinary inquiry related activities. Responsible for management of flexi staff, including their shift biddings and accurate payments to flexi staff. Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and conformance. Design and manage dashboards and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and enable analysis of data. Identify opportunities for process improvements using various automation and digital tools. Lead and participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for Business Analytics. Familiarity in creation of dashboards is an added advantage. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Independent, driven and resourceful team player with the ability to multi-task. Have prior experience in process improvement projects through use of automations.
