The Role of a HR Management Trainee

A HR Management Trainee's job is a hybrid role – it is not just about recruitment. It also encompasses business development, account management, marketing, customer service all rolled into one. It is about understanding people’s needs and motivations, and managing clients’ and candidates’ expectations. It is also about building relationships. A challenging role indeed, but a very meaningful one

Responsibilities:

Business Development : Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities tobuild new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.

Account Management : Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiringneeds.

Talent Acquisition : Engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing jobadvertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidatesto meet client's needs.

Candidate Management : Manage candidates’ job needs and expectations, their payroll andemployment benefits.

Requirements :

- Minimum Degree in ANY Discipline- Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will havean added advantage- Strong interest in marketing and/or business development with good business acumen- Possess enthusiasm and most importantly, passion for people
