Execution & Commissioning Lead

Overview General Description: We are seeking an experienced Execution & Commissioning Lead to oversee the execution phase of a large-scale offshore energy infrastructure project. This role is responsible for the technical design, quality assurance, and scheduling of auxiliary systems installation and construction on a 2GW platform. You will take full ownership of this scope within the project, ensuring all requirements are met, including contractual obligations, technical standards, and industry best practices. You will make decisions on technical matters and provide all necessary input to the Project Lead Construction Technical Engineering. A team of inspectors with expertise in your discipline will support you. The position is based at a construction site or shipyard in Singapore and reports hierarchically and functionally to the Lead Execution Manager, and operationally to the Construction Manager. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with internal and external technical specialists. Monitor interface management between sub-project leads and stakeholders. Manage progress tracking and quality control. Prepare and evaluate decision proposals and non-performance reports in alignment with relevant departments. Lead all technical project management activities within the assigned scope. Assist project management in risk and contract management. Ensure contractor compliance with safety, health, and environmental (SHE) regulations. Coordinate directly assigned contractors and internal stakeholders. Support development of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for project-specific needs. Oversee fulfillment of work packages and escalate issues when necessary. Prepare status and deviation reports. Ensure functional readiness of systems and components. Manage handover of assigned technical systems. Collect and process lessons learned. Contribute to the development of technical and handover standards. Systems Under Direct Responsibility Cooling systems, including seawater systems Drainage systems Oil leakage collection systems Cranes Sewer systems Candidate Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in technical project management. Strong background in mechanical engineering. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Structured and independent working style with a proactive mindset. High mobility and resilience. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license. Willingness and ability to work on- and offshore.
