Corporate FP&A Specialist (12 months contract)

Responsibilities
  • Assist the team in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including presentation preparation and roll-forward of key deliverables, aligning with internal stakeholders to deliver insights on business performance to leadership.
  • Support annual and quarterly forecasts by developing projections for key P&L drivers, modeling profitability under different scenarios, and providing insights for leadership presentations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects, providing project management support for system enhancements where relevant.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and analyses involving cost efficiency, automation, planning, and data validation.
Requirements
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting, CIMA/CGMA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of related experience in finance; experience in audit is also considered, especially for those switching from other finance roles to FP&A.
  • Strong analytical skills, sense of urgency, and attention to detail are essential.
  • Self-starter with initiative, dedication, and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments, and provide clarity and structure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
