**Role Summary**

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Corporate FP&A, this role involves overseeing and supporting financial operations, including managing one direct report in Singapore and co-managing our Centre of Excellence team in India.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to meet statutory obligations, partnering with stakeholders to provide financial analysis that drives business performance, and collaborating across regions to optimize Corporate FP&A processes for operational efficiency. Additionally, the role assists in preparing periodic reports on actuals, forecasts, and budgets.

**Responsibilities (Including but are not limited to)**
- Ensuring Singapore policies and procedures are applied consistently with Sydney and Gurgaon and that they complement the needs of the business
- Maintaining effective internal controls and risk management processes across the function
- Being the point of contact for finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Responsible for the training, mentoring and performance evaluation of direct reports and researching accounting issues as required
- Driving the transition of financial control tasks to the Revantage Centre of Excellence (Gurgaon, India)
- Review of corporate transactions (executed by Gurgaon based team) to ensure accurate and timely recording
- Review of monthly financial analysis including cashflow, balance sheet reconciliations and P&L variance analysis
- Oversight and accountability for periodic management fee calculation and invoicing process
- Review of tax workpapers prior to lodgement (by external tax partners)
- Preparation of management reporting outputs including monthly management reports and analytics
- Co-ordinate the preparation of departmental financial benchmarking metrics
- Assistance with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for Revantage management companies and other portfolio companies
- Assist with the transition of project reporting to the Corporate FP&A team
- Assistance with reviews of statutory reporting and acting as local contact point with Singapore based auditors
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities
