About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven, user-obsessed User Growth & Operations Manager to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will drive strategies and initiatives to boost user engagement, retention, and growth across key segments. You’ll use data and technology to craft and optimize user journeys, design effective retention and referral programs, and support the continuous improvement of the user lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own user lifecycle strategy — from activation and engagement to retention and reactivation.
  • Design and execute targeted user growth initiatives.
  • Use data to segment users and apply frameworks like RFM models, lifecycle planning, and cohort analysis to drive actionable insights.
  • Build and optimize marketing automation and CRM campaigns via push notifications, email, and in-app messages.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, data, and customer support to drive user success and satisfaction.
  • Track and report campaign performance and user metrics to inform future improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 3+ years of experience in user operations or growth operations, preferably in fintech, trading platforms, CFD, crypto, or securities.
  • Proven track record in improving user engagement, retention, or driving viral growth through referral mechanisms.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.) with a track record of turning insights into action.
  • Skilled in using CRM systems, push platforms, and marketing automation tools to execute and track campaigns.
  • Deep user empathy, strong communication skills, and a growth mindset.
  • Highly goal-oriented with excellent execution and project management skills.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Business level Mandarin and English to work with cross-region internal and external stakeholders.
