We are recruiting for a CEO/Deputy CEO to join a leading real estate integrated development business. As an all-in-one solutions provider mainly for the commercial sectors, they are the market leader for developing sustainable and future ready developments. With award winning accolades under their belt, they are looking to expand their growing business in the Southeast Asia region.
As a senior management, you will be integral in the overall strategic leadership, directions, execution, business development, operational, financial and people management of their built business.
Overview Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Defining the company\'s vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals; developing and implementing business strategies to achieve those goals; identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
- Operational Management: Overseeing all aspects of the company\'s operations, including project management, finance, human resources, and business development; ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards; managing risks and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards; developing and managing the company\'s budget; ensuring the company\'s financial health and profitability; managing investments and other financial activities.
- People Management: Building and leading a high-performing executive team; fostering a positive and collaborative work environment; developing and mentoring employees; building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable educational institute
- At least 15 years of proven experience in the related industry, with knowledge or equivalent experience in civil engineering
- Proven experience of at least 5 years as a CEO or in another relevant senior managerial position
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and possess quantifiable achievements to date
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, leadership, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
