Marketing Associate


CHP Law is seeking a Marketing Associate to support our Marketing Team in executing marketing campaigns and business development initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in legal marketing and operations management, offering opportunities to contribute to branding efforts, optimise workflows, and support the implementation of marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market research to enhance CHP Law’s brand presence, identify industry trends, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on competitor activities, market insights, and best practices in legal marketing.

Process & Strategy Development

  • Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance workflow efficiency within the Marketing Team.
  • Create structured frameworks and templates to support business development, marketing, and operational initiatives.

Marketing & Operational Support

  • Provide general support to the Marketing Team in day-to-day operations and execution of marketing initiatives .
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, branding materials, and corporate communications, including copywriting, design, and proofreading .
  • Manage and update the firm’s publicity content , including the website, social media, corporate announcements, newsletters, and corporate gifts.
  • Maintain and organise client, vendor, and partner databases to ensure smooth engagement.
  • Support event planning and coordination , as required.

This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing, research, and operations management within a legal or corporate environment.

Salary Range: $2,500 to $3,000
