Designed for visitors to explore, play, and bond, the iconic beach playground will feature new leisure activities such as gamified electric go-karting and a floating aqua park. Enjoy unique dining experiences at a terraced beach club, a family beach club, and gourmet food trucks offering delicious fare in a vibrant island setting.

We are looking for a Team Leader, Lifeguard to join our team at The Palawan @ Sentosa.

As the Team Leader, Lifeguard , you will:

  • Manage lifeguard operations and experiences
  • Assist in maximizing the performance of lifeguard facilities
  • Provide a safe, pleasant, and fun experience for all guests
  • Set and maintain service standards
  • Ensure maximum protection for guests
  • Handle incidents professionally and promptly
  • Prepare and maintain incident reports
  • Train and mentor staff as appropriate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Possesses relevant lifeguard certification
  • Has experience in outdoor/beach environments in lifesaving
  • Has supervisory skills in managing lifeguards
  • Is willing to work shifts
