Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site installation & servicing of complex equipment & systems

  • Provide troubleshooting & repair support for customer (occasional support over the phone will be required)

  • Provide product training for customers & end-users

  • Follow up on customer requests for applications & provide pre & post sales technical support

  • Attend to all customer requests promptly & follow-up outstanding application and service issues for proper closure

  • Cultivate & develop positive working relationships with customers, users & company personnel

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Diploma holders (Preferably engineering or science major) or above

  • Motivated individuals with strong initiative towards problem solving

  • Strong drive to professional technical to achieve customer satisfaction & grow with the company

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex equipment & systems & document findings effectively for next-level escalation where necessary

  • Able to read & interpret schematic diagrams

  • Fluent in verbal & written communication of both English & Mandarin languages (Role will be required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers / overseas colleagues)

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision & occasional long hours

  • Occasional overseas travel may be required for customer support / factory training purposes
