About the team Growth & Revenue Systems in Strategy & Operations is a new team focused on driving experimentation across marketing, sales, and product to accelerate growth, and innovating on core revenue systems (CRM, Marketing automation) to maximise effectiveness of our teams. We are a mixed group of colleagues spanning commercial, engineering, data, and marketing passionate about driving rapid impact. We leverage data insights, sharp problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the business to optimise processes, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Airwallex operates efficiently and effectively at scale. What you’ll do As Manager, Growth Analytics, Revenue Funnel, you will be at the forefront of driving Airwallex’s growth by identifying, testing, and scaling opportunities to accelerate customer acquisition and revenue generation. You’ll work holistically across the end‑to‑end customer journey, leveraging data and commercial acumen to identify gaps, design experiments, and implement best-in‐class solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with regional sales, revenue operations, marketing, and data science teams to deploy improvements and drive measurable business outcomes. This role is based in Singapore. Responsibilities: Think holistically across the customer journey to develop hypotheses on accelerating pipeline generation, improving sales velocity, and increasing conversions. Map and analyse the current sales process, CRM systems, sales tools, and policies to understand and optimise the sales and marketing funnel. Leverage data and commercial acumen to identify gaps in current processes, research best‑in‑class alternatives, and design suitable processes to improve sales efficiency. Design and execute tests through iterative, hypothesis‑driven experimentation to address key gaps and friction points. Partner cross‑functionally with regional sales, revenue operations, marketing, and data science teams to deploy and execute improvements, ultimately driving revenue outcomes for Airwallex. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, translating complex data into clear business narratives and actionable insights. Who you are We’re looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory. Minimum qualifications: 5+ years in high‑growth businesses working in growth acceleration, go‑to‑market (GTM), sales operations, or business development. Exposure to revenue/sales operations in a B2B environment. Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); knowledge of SQL is a plus. Experience with CRM systems and a deep understanding of growth funnel, customer journey and sales process. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior executives and cross‑functional teams. Preferred qualifications: Previous experience in fintech, startups, or a dedicated growth function. Demonstrated experience running experiments and taking hypothesis‑driven approaches to improve revenue or GTM efficiency. Familiarity with advanced analytics, financial modelling, and campaign performance monitoring. Experience building and maintaining dashboards, and partnering with data science teams on analytics or machine learning‐related workstreams. Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
