This is a role for an investment professional looking to make a significant impact on client portfolios and investment strategy while reshaping the way individuals invest in Asia. We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and driven individual to join our Investment Office, with a focus on public equities. You will be a key driver of our fund selection process and portfolio construction, with your research and insights directly influencing how our clients achieve their financial goals. This is a chance to deepen your expertise, collaborate with a dynamic team, and shape the core investment offerings of a fast-growing firm.

• Fund & Manager Selection: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on public equity funds and fund managers. You will be responsible for identifying top-tier investment opportunities through meticulous due diligence.
• Monitoring & Portfolio Construction: Play a role in the ongoing monitoring of equity funds and construction of portfolios, ensuring they remain robust and aligned with their investment thesis.
• Leverage Data for Decision-Making: Gather and analyze data and commentary from financial databases like Morningstar and Bloomberg, and through direct engagement with fund managers, to form a comprehensive investment view.
• Collaborate for Cross-Functional Impact: Serve as an investment subject matter expert for other teams at Endowus, including Marketing, Business Development, and Product. You will contribute to thought leadership articles, provide input on new product launches, and help articulate our investment strategies to a wider audience.

• You have a minimum of 3 years of direct experience in fund research or investment role , with a strong preference for a background in equity fund investments and/or equity investing. We are open to considering candidates with more extensive experience for a more senior role.
• Possess a strong understanding of systematic and factor investing principles.
• You are a motivated, proactive self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (important)

• Proficiency with financial data platforms such as Morningstar and Bloomberg.
• A professional designation such as the CFA, or progress toward it.
