Job Scope: As a Data Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing data collection and integration processes. Your responsibilities will include: Data Collection Design: Support the design and implementation of effective data collection channels to ensure data integrity and usability. Data Integration & Dashboarding: Facilitate integration between data collection platforms and dashboards, ensuring smooth data flow for reporting and analytics. Process Automation & Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data-related processes through automation and innovation. Requirements: Business Intelligence & Technical Skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formula creation, database setup). Familiar with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development. Experience in data analysis and reporting tools . Strong ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights. Process Innovation Creative and analytical approach to solving process-related issues. Knowledge of project management tools and techniques for organizing and tracking workflow improvements. Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members.
