Responsibilities Provide daily technical support for the company’s hardware (computers, printers, networking devices). Troubleshoot and resolve staff IT issues in a timely and effective manner. Maintain and update the company’s official website, ensuring stability and security. Assist in managing domains, servers, and databases, including backup and recovery tasks. Support the operation of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and other educational platforms. Provide technical assistance to teachers and staff to enhance teaching efficiency and classroom interaction. Contribute to IT system security management and optimization. Assist in hardware/software upgrades and system improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. At least 1 year of relevant IT support or system administration experience (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome). Proficient in Windows and MacOS environments, and common office software. Basic networking knowledge (routers, switches, troubleshooting). Hands-on experience with website maintenance (WordPress/HTML/CSS/SQL) preferred.
