Responsibilities

  • To lead and coach a team of sales representatives, enabling them to exceed their quotas consistently
  • To run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
  • To monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the action that your team members can take to improve each month
  • Provide encouragement to team members, include communicating team goals and identify area for new training and skill checks
  • To foster a transparent, inclusive and achievement-oriented team culture
Job Requirements
  • Experienced in managing a team and in a quota carrying sales position
  • Demonstrated a proven track record of overachievement against individual and team quotas
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behaviour change
  • Required to ferry sales team members to different locations for sales visit purpose
  • You dont mind traveling regularly for work
Remunerations
  • Basic monthly salary of $2,600 + claimable transport allowance of $1,000 + attractive commission scheme
  • 21 days of annual leave + 14 days of medical leave per year
