SAP Basis Administrator | Restaurant Chain Join an iconic and reowned dining group Responsibilities Provide day-to-day SAP Basis support for the Group, ensuring smooth operations, system configuration, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Ensure 24/7 SAP system availability and performance stability. Manage user and client administration, authorization management, system performance, audits, transport management, background jobs, patching, system backups, recovery, kernel upgrades, OS & database maintenance across the Group. Lead SAP Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery activities. Maintain optimal server performance through scheduled preventive maintenance. Handle SAP support tickets and resolve issues within the agreed service levels. Act as custodian of the SAP system architecture, hardware, and integration landscape. Manage and work closely with external vendors on SAP-related matters. Oversee and deliver IT projects on time. Perform any other duties assigned by the IT Director. Job Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar fields.1-2 years of hands-on SAP Basis experience. Strong knowledge of SAP Basis Administration (mandatory). Basic understanding of SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver technologies. Interest in software development landscapes and system processes. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting abilities. Able to communicate clearly and work with stakeholders across all levels. Independent, proactive, and capable of leading IT projects. Familiarity with Linux and SAP S/4HANA environments.
