Job Description In charge of ensuring 24/7 SAP system availability Responsible for managing and conducting SAP Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recover Responsible for managing User/Client Administration, Authorization Management, System Performance Management, Audit Management, Transport Management System, Background Job, Patches installation, System Backup & Recovery, Kernel Upgrade, OS & Database Maintenance for the group companies In charge of managing the SAP daily support ticket within defined Service Level. Ensure Optimum server performance and Preventive maintenance to keep daily operation smooth. Custodian for SAP System Architecture, Hardware, and integration landscape.
