Accountant (Payroll)
Job Description: You will play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis of Finance related functions of our organisation, such as Payroll, Costing, Management Accounting, Corporate Governance, etc. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights, analysis, and recommendations that drive informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
Conduct variance analysis to assess performance against budgets and forecasts.
Provide insightful analysis on key financial metrics, trends, and opportunities.
Reporting and Presentation:
Prepare and present financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Contribute to the development of executive-level presentations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance.
Collaborate on special projects, providing financial expertise and analysis.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
Meticulous and adept in working under pressure and tight timelines
Min 1 to 2 years of FP&A exp
