- Oversee and optimize the firm's day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead post-investment operational support for portfolio companies, driving scalability and performance.
- Design and implement frameworks for operational excellence across the firm and investments.
- Partner with investment teams to assess and improve operational capabilities of target companies.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships, including regional partners, advisors, and board members.
- Provide executive oversight across commercial growth, performance management, and organizational development.
- Contribute to firm-wide strategic planning and business development efforts.
- Minimum 15+ years of executive experience, with a strong track record in strategic leadership, commercial growth, and operational execution.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and oversee large-scale operations, with experience translating business strategy into executable plans.
- Strong P&L management background, with a results-driven approach to scaling businesses and improving operational efficiency.
- Familiarity with investment, private equity, or high-growth business environments is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; capable of navigating complex business environments.
