Are you a hands-on logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Logistics Executive with at least 3 years of experience who can take charge of operations independently and ensure our customers’ shipments are handled with precision and care — around the clock.

What You’ll Do
Own the shipment process – from courier, air, and sea freight preparation to final delivery.
Source and quote with confidence – get the best rates from approved vendors and deliver competitive quotations to customers.
Be the customer’s trusted point of contact – answer calls and emails, prepare quotes, confirm orders, and keep them updated every step of the way.
Handle documentation like a pro – prepare customs permits, shipping documents, and ensure compliance at all stages.
Coordinate across teams and partners – work closely with internal departments, vendors, and agents to ensure smooth operations.
Keep the books in order – ensure timely job closures, billing, and accurate cost tracking.
Problem-solve on the spot – address issues quickly and escalate when needed.
Stay system-savvy – master our in-house systems, processes, and forms to work efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics operations, preferably in a fast-moving environment.
Independence: Able to manage shipments end-to-end with minimal supervision.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of air, sea, and courier freight processes; customs permits; and shipping documentation.
Communication: Clear, professional, and responsive — with customers, colleagues, and partners.
Organization: Able to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office and logistics management systems.
Flexibility: Comfortable with 24/7 operational requirements (including after-hours coordination when needed).
