Job Description MarTech Quality Assurance Lead Location: Singapore (Office) Type: Full-time Department: Digital Job Summary The MarTech Quality Assurance Lead is responsible for establishing, implementing, and monitoring quality standards across MarTech platforms and projects. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the delivery process, supporting integrated teams to consistently achieve organizational and industry quality benchmarks. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential to maintain robust documentation, identify and resolve issues, and uphold best practices in MarTech operations. Responsibilities Develop and promote high-level quality standards and strategies to ensure all platform deliveries meet organizational quality requirements and industry regulations, with ongoing monitoring of implementation effectiveness. Conduct comprehensive quality assessments for major system deployments and critical projects, with a particular emphasis on system architecture, data accuracy, and delivery timelines, ensuring these align with expected quality levels. Oversee and control the quality of the entire delivery process from a strategic perspective, ensuring outputs at each stage meet quality standards, and proactively identify potential risks to provide improvement recommendations. Maintain thorough documentation including QA checklists, defect logs, and audit reports to enhance transparency across teams regarding test findings. Collaborate closely with the MarTech Data Integration Engineer, who utilizes Adobe RTCDP for setting up data pipelines, to ensure quality standards are upheld during integration and data flow processes. Work in partnership with the MarTech Business Analyst, who translates business requirements into technical specifications, to ensure QA activities are aligned with business needs and deliverables. Coordinate with Data Office, Business, and other teams to ensure identified bugs are effectively reported and resolved, with particular attention to MarTech workflows and deliverables. Maintain familiarity with MarTech working terms, processes, and deliverables to support effective quality assurance across integrated projects. Eligibility Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related roles within technology platforms. Understanding of QA methodologies, industry regulations, and best practices, with exposure to marketing technology (MarTech) environments preferred. Familiarity with data integration tools such as Adobe RTCDP and experience working with business analysts on requirements translation and project deliverables. Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate across technical and business functions. Experience with documentation and reporting tools for QA processes.
