We provide expert advice and personalised services to our customers and help them buy, sell, consignor trade their luxury timepieces for the best value in the market.Job Description As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers inselecting and purchasing pre-owned luxurywatches, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers warmly and professionally.Understand and address customer needs and preferences.Provide expert advice on luxury watch brands, models, and features.Assist customers in selecting the perfect watch based on their budget and lifestyle.Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.Sales Achieve sales targets and contribute to over all business growth.Utilise effective sales techniques to close deals.Cross-sell and upsell additional products or services.Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.Product Knowledge Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the luxury watchmarket.Acquire in-depth knowledge of luxurywatch brands, models, and their history.Understand the value and condition of pre-owned watches.Inventory Management Ensure the accuracy of inventory records.Qualifications Passion for luxury watches and a strong interest in the watch industry.Excellent communication and inter personal skills.Strong sales and customer service abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Previous experience in retail or luxury goods sales is preferred but notrequired.We may need to converse with international Chinese tourists.Knowledge of Mandarin would be useful.Benefits Competitive salary and attractive commission structure on top of basepay.Attractive performance bonusOpportunities for professional growth and development.Meal allowance (SGD 15 Per day)A dynamic and supportive work environment.Candidates are free to apply andindicate their expected salary range based on their experience and qualifications.10 days annual leave.How to apply?
