The Company

FourTwoThree (currently operating as PointSource Technologies in Singapore) is a financial/climate-technology company that builds and operates a data platform that nimbly connects all key players of the global economy. In collaboration with our network of partners, we empower businesses with the actions and tailored products/services needed to become more resilient and efficient. This in turn gives our customers – financial institutions and large corporations – a more transparent, resilient supply chain and a new paradigm of data-qualified commercial opportunities.

We\'ve secured our first customers and have an extensive network of co-creation partners eager to help us succeed. We\'re led by three founders with deep expertise in finance, technology and sustainability across four continents, and who have all learned (usually the hard way) how to make genuine impacts in complex, process-heavy industries.

Our engineering team consists of people who put the business first. Well-made software is vital, but it is simply a means to an end. The role

We’re looking for a senior engineer to join our small but growing Singapore-based engineering team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the foundations of our company, with an opportunity to make key architectural decisions, mentor more junior members of the team, and help us define our engineering culture in the years ahead.

We care less about how long you’ve been a technologist and more about how you’ve grown in your craft and technical leadership style. Your peers are ambitious and business-minded – while they do need to learn from your experience (particularly the many mistakes you have likely made over your career), they also need to feel empowered by you. That means supporting them in their work, constructively nudging them toward more robust approaches, and setting an example through honesty and pragmatism.

As mentioned above, all of our roles are full-stack, from front-end to back-end to our infrastructure and pipelines. While you do not need to be an expert in all areas, you should be able to make meaningful contributions in terms of architecture, security and scale in collaboration with our CTO and other members of the team.

• Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape engineering culture in the years ahead, in collaboration with the CTO.
• Mentor and empower junior team members, guiding them toward robust approaches and professional growth.
• Contribute across the full stack (front-end, back-end, infrastructure and pipelines) with an emphasis on architecture, security and scale.
• Collaborate with a business-minded team to deliver fast, robust software that supports the company\'s mission.

• Senior engineer with growth in craft and technical leadership; able to contribute beyond coding to architectural and cultural aspects.
• Experience with full-stack development and ability to contribute to architecture, security, and scale in collaboration with leadership.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills, comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
