In HBM HIG (High Bandwidth Memory, DRAM Eng Group), we innovate and integrate end-to-end FE and BE processes with state-of-the-art design, debug, test, and qualification techniques to develop low power per bit solutions to enhance customer experience in ML and AI. The role fosters vertical integration and cross-functional collaboration to deliver complex products such as HBM.

• Guide a HBM product through concept, design, NPI and HVM by facilitating cross-functional lifecycle management.
• Build and maintain detailed development schedules and drive tactical execution across the organization.
• Provide leadership and direction for the Product Development Team (PDT) by defining and prioritizing projects, identifying risks, and allocating resources to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Integrate all aspects of HBM development within the extended HIG and TPG teams and with partner organizations.
• Partner with Technology Development, Design, Process, APTD, PE and Manufacturing teams to drive development progress and alignment.
• Collaborate with PMO to build and maintain development schedules from pre-silicon to HVM and communicate status, priorities, and challenges.
• Set and prioritize tactical expectations across development activities according to milestones and stakeholder needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for the product, identifying owners for tasks and issues and managing development documentation.
• Consolidate inputs for hardware readiness and capacity planning to support engineering activities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or manufacturing/supply chain related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience, including cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and senior management audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey data-backed conclusions.
• Proficiency with data analysis methods and data visualization; comfortable presenting insights.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and project management tools.
• Innovative mindset open to process or product improvements.
