Full job descriptionManage, develop and implement strategic plans and budgets for the organization. Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure completion on time and quality. Develop and implement efficient administrative policies and procedures to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with company standards. Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. Should be able to visit construction site frequently to verify the quantities of progress and compare with the projections and analyse. Manage budgets, create financial reports, and present budget proposals to stakeholders. Responsible to manage payment schedules and ensure all payments are made on time. Responsible to liaise with clients, customers and closely follow up with the payments. Identifies key areas of improvement, plans administrative processes, establishes guidelines, and implements protocols. Responsible to manage the accounts of the business, responsible for payments and to follow-up with clients. Tracks team performance and ensures quality of work is within acceptable levels.
