Role Summary and Impact

As consumer decisions are increasingly shaped by influencers on social media, we are seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager to lead our influencer marketing strategy across the APAC region. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with market leaders to design data-driven influencer campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement. You will be responsible for identifying optimal investment levels, selecting strategic influencer partners, analyzing trends, and developing best practices for influencer content and partnerships ad . Your insights will directly impact our approach to influencer marketing, ensuring our brand remains at the forefront of digital innovation in the industry. Skills and Experience

  • Engage with local Japanese and regional clients to lead & support conversations around Influencer planning
  • Develop influencer marketing strategies in collaboration with market team leads
  • Develop an influencer investment sufficiency model to inform brand growth
  • Analyze influencer campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Develop influencer selection strategies and propose influencers for future campaigns
  • Conduct trend identification through text mining of product reviews and influencer content; provide agile recommendations for influencer campaign optimization
  • Monitor and synthesize influencer content best practices, including the latest trends from both our brand and competitors
  • Share key influencer trend learnings with clients and internal teams to inform ongoing strategy
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in a dynamic and agile environment

Desired Background Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in digital planning or a related field
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices; influencer marketing experience is a plus
  • Strategic, analytical, and logical thinking skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated experience in critical thinking, problem-solving, and project management under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, adaptable, and agile environment
  • Experience with research systems and data-driven decision making
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and passionate about driving business growth
  • Business-level fluency in English and Japanese as this influencer marketing role covers Japan as its main market, thus the ability to read influencer contents and profiles are necessary
