About the job

Reporting directly to the global head of IT, your role involve:

  • Providing thought leadership for the internal IT ( Enterprise Application | SAP , Infrastructure, Digital workplace | EUC ) team
  • Managing IT demands from senior business stakeholders - setting and managing their expectations, identifying needs and providing solutions.
  • Leading IT (SAP , it infrastructure) project planning sessions and ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope. This includes maintaining prompt communication and timely reports to business stakeholders on project status while monitoring project progress on issues such as quality, costs, planning and resources
  • Managing IT budget for Capex and Opex
Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 7 years of Managerial experience for a sizeable IT team. Proven track record in SAP application and IT Infrastructure experience is required for this role. Strong stakeholder management at C-level with exceptional influencing skills to gather buy-in from various business stakeholders.

Candidates with proven track record in designing global roadmaps /IT strategy for SAP and IT infrastructure will be of added advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Providing thought leadership for the internal IT teams covering Enterprise Applications (SAP), Infrastructure, and Digital Workplace (EUC).

  • Leading IT project planning for SAP and IT infrastructure and ensuring on-time, in-scope delivery with regular status updates on quality, costs, planning, and resources.
  • Managing IT budget for Capex and Opex.
Qualifications

7+ years of managerial experience leading a sizeable IT team. Proven SAP application and IT infrastructure experience. Strong C-level stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience designing global SAP and IT infrastructure roadmaps/IT strategy is advantageous.
