We are seeking Senior Human Resource professionals with proven leadership experience in managing teams and overseeing high-volume recruitment and HR operations for the North region . For the East region , we are looking for a candidate who can effectively support HR operations and administrative execution , with a strong focus on HR project coordination and implementation . Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interview arrangements, and employment documentation Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases Support leave management, and staff benefits Assist in performance management, training coordination, and staff engagement activities Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and employment laws Prepare and maintain HR reports and support internal or external audits Handle and coordinate HR-related projects such as digital transformation, policy review, employee engagement, or process improvement initiatives Conduct HR data analysis to support management reporting and decision‑making (e.g. using Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization tools) Provide general administrative and HR support to management and staff Job Requirements Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management , Business, or related field At least 1–5 years of HR experience preferred Strong knowledge of Employment Act and HR practices Proficient in MS Excel (including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting) Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
