- You will be part of the Talent Management team responsible for the review, formulation & implementation of talent management policies and initiatives.
- Manage the secondment and structured job rotation of officers for career growth.
- Administer the Public Service Leadership Programme (PSLP) to support talent development.
- Manage the nomination of talents for postgraduate and executive development studies.
- Design and implement coaching and mentoring initiatives and resources to support employee growth.
- Monitor and assess the talent development initiatives for officers on specialist track, recommending improvements where needed.
- Degree in Human Resource or related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong thinking, organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work effectively within tight deadlines.
- Able to influence and work effectively with all levels of staff.
- Able to work well independently and in a team.
