PURPOSE

Are you a motivated and proactive recent graduate eager to start your career in a dynamic environment? Join our SITA Euro Customer Operations team in Barcelona Our team is responsible for managing the satisfaction and performance of all SITA customers in Europe. When infrastructures are locally based, we also oversee their operations and maintenance.

As a Graduate Project Support Officer, you will report to the Global VP for Professional Field Services (PFS). You will assist in managing the function operating plan, gain hands-on experience, and develop a deep understanding of regional customer operations, strategic and operational planning, and executive management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project Management: Support the planning and execution of PFS operating plan and global projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
    • Relationship Management: Liaise primarily with internal stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to support regional objectives.
      • Communication : Draft communications, prepare presentations and facilitate effective internal and external communication on behalf of the Regional VP.
        • Transformation & Innovation: Help the company continuously seek improvements and implement new and innovative communication channels, processes and services, with a focus on customer experience.
          • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global VP, including coordinating meetings, collecting inputs and preparing reports.
            • Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making and regional initiatives.
            Qualifications EXPERIENCE
            • Recent graduate in Engineering, Business, or a related field (graduation completed within the last 12 months);
            • Strong data analytics skills (including PowerBi skills);
            • Strong content creation skills (including PowerPoint skills)
            • Fluent in English;
            • Motivated and eager to learn;
            • Excellent organization and communication skills.
            NICE-TO-HAVE
            • Prior experience working within the Air Transport Industry will be positively valued.
