The RoleAs a Digital Performance Executive at MINISTRY, you'll execute data-driven media campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes for our clients. You'll manage campaign operations whilst learning to connect tactical execution with strategic business objectives.
This is a full-time role based in Singapore with flexible work arrangements.
You'll report to the Omnichannel Performance Director and work alongside our team of consultants and strategists.
The What You'll Do
Campaign Management- Execute paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Monitor daily performance and implement optimisations to improve ROAS and conversion metrics
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Manage budgets efficiently whilst ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Create performance reports using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and Data Studio
- Track KPIs and identify optimisation opportunities across campaigns
- Translate data into actionable insights for teams and clients
- Support campaign analysis and strategic recommendations
- Work with strategy, creative, and account teams on integrated campaigns
- Support client presentations with performance insights
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practice development
- Assist with new business initiatives and strategic planning
- 1-2 years in digital marketing with hands-on paid media experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and basic tracking setup
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data
- Comfortable with large datasets and advanced spreadsheet functionality
- Understanding of tracking pixels, conversion setup, and attribution
- Familiarity with performance KPIs (ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion metrics)
- Eagerness to learn new platforms and emerging marketing technologies
- Exceptional attention to detail with systematic approach to campaign management
- Strong communication skills for client and team collaboration
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
- Intellectual curiosity about business strategy and marketing innovation
- Ambition to grow within a strategic consultancy environment
- Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, Trade Desk) or LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Understanding of CRM systems or marketing automation
- Exposure to e-commerce, lead generation, or B2B environments
- Interest in AI, automation, and privacy-first measurement approaches
