Job Description

The ideal candidate is strategic, proactive, customer-focused, with strong analytical skills, and has 3-5 years of successful experience in retail centre management. The candidate should demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations and performance of a mall.
  • Overseeing operational and marketing functions to ensure maximum and long-term value.
  • Identifying target consumer markets and implementing PR, marketing, and branding activities.
  • Building relationships with strategic partners, retailers, and stakeholders.
  • Engaging with tenants and prospects to review business performance and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Preparing the annual Asset Plan focused on adding value.
  • Collaborating on mall repositioning and redevelopment projects.
  • Working with Asset Management on financial feasibility reviews.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in shopping centre management, preferably with tertiary qualifications.
  • Strong negotiation and business planning skills.
  • Understanding of retail dynamics and ability to add value and future-proof the centre.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate teams.
