Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying and analyzing market trends, customer data, and the competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
  2. Drafting marketing content, terms & conditions, and messaging related to BOC Credit cards.
  3. Launching marketing campaigns and engaging with prospective clients to achieve acquisition, active rate, and spend volume KPIs; structuring reward programs, activation campaigns, and usage-linked promotions to drive engagement.
  4. Managing external partners and vendors through negotiation and effective management.
  5. Collaborating with the customer service team to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  6. Driving revenue growth via initiatives focused on new customer acquisition, cross-selling, activation, usage, and retention.
  7. Handling other ad-hoc projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • A recognized university degree in related fields.
  • At least 3 years of banking experience, especially in cards and personal loans.
  • Strong understanding of the card lifecycle, digital product development, and analytics.
  • Experience with co-branded or digital-first credit cards is preferred.
  • Strong ownership, accountability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and solution implementation.
  • Excellent project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Familiarity with MAS regulations related to cards and payments.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese for effective communication with Head Office and Chinese-speaking customers.
