Job Description- Acquire new and manage existing portfolio of high deposit/revenue SME customers, driving deposit growth and revenue performance.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve key business targets.
- Cross-sell Treasury, Transaction Banking Cash, Trade solutions, and Treasury services such as Foreign Exchange (FX) and Structured Deposits.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business acquisitions and expand opportunities.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews, ensuring smooth onboarding, due diligence, and KYC compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the banking industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation skills, and business acumen, with a proven ability to meet targets.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
