Position Overview The New Media Operations Manager will oversee the daily content creation, publishing, and performance optimization of artists’ social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). The role focuses on increasing engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness through creative, data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities Manage daily posting and content optimization for official artist social accounts. Develop original content aligned with trending topics and audience insights. Plan and execute promotional and thematic campaigns to boost engagement. Analyze metrics (views, followers, engagement) to optimize content strategies. Support brand and event marketing initiatives and report results. KPIs Execution: Timely publishing and response to trending topics. Innovation: Number of original campaigns and creative initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of new media operation experience. Excellent copywriting and creative storytelling skills. Proficiency in TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Strong analytical skills and attention to content trends. High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and teamwork. Fluent in Chinese and English communication. Able to work overtime and respond to urgent content needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
