ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
This is an exciting opportunity for a finance writing enthusiast with a flair for crafting engaging content to join the marketing team in Singapore. We are looking for an all-rounded content specialist with experience in creating financial content, brand copy writing and some knowledge of financial PR. Previous experience as a financial analyst will be a plus. You will have the opportunity to drive and create targeted content via multiple distribution channels, with the aim of establishing a strong brand identity, activating client engagement, and attracting new customers.
Key responsibilities
To assist in creating, editing and uploading content to support marketing and digital initiatives for CMC Singapore, brand copywriting, and PR & Communications support.
Content
Own the content calendar in Singapore.Create and upload new or update existing content, and create and edit web pages, using our content management system.Work with relevant departments to develop content that will help activate client engagement – including newsletters, daily notes, and seasonal writing projects.Manage and create content for social media platforms including Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital channels.Work collaboratively as part of project teams to coordinate content as needed, providing regular progress reports to all stakeholders, clearly identifying priorities and delivery timescales.Collaborate with and edit articles produced by market analysts, as required, ensuring they fit our tone of voice and are fully optimised for maximum SEO benefits.Copywriting
Own the CMC Markets tone of voice and house style in Singapore.Develop creative ideas while writing, editing, and proofing copy across all media, including web, print, email. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the content is appropriate for the channel and in line with our CMC brand, tone of voice guidelines, and house style guide.Spearhead localisation of copy and content related to marketing, branding, and communications.Support offline activities with the creation of sales and client-facing collateral.Communications
Work closely with our external agencies on PR & communications campaigns to grow brand awareness.Conceptualise and produce press releases and thought leadership articles for editorial and content marketing purposes, with agency support.Ensure all outputs are in line with regulatory guidelines and appropriately approved by Legal & Compliance in a timely manner.Maintain personal/professional development to meet the changing demands of the role, including all relevant regulatory and legislative training.Take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate confidentiality.Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
