The Position

We are currently seeking for a Senior Information Management Systems Administrator to join BW Offshore. This is a 12 month contract role and will be based in our Singapore office, reporting to Manager Project Information Management.

You are responsible for 

Day-to-day administration of Project Information Management Databases and systems (Web based Engineering Database, IFS ERP System Modules, Project Completion Management System, Web based Change Request and Design Change System, TQ/Query/Deviation/Work Pack System and Power Bi Reports)

Maintain project Lifecycle information until Handover to Operations for the project

Coordinate development or enhancement projects for Information Management Systems

Provide admin support for all Completion (Mechanical Completion, Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Preservation, Punch management activities).

Responsible for providing training in Project Completion Management System for Company users, Client, Contractors, or Vendors/Suppliers

Prepare Triparty Line walk documentation and follow up activities

Responsible for creation of Completion Dossier (Mechanical Completion and Commissioning) and issue in Document Management System.

Responsible for Completion reporting and other Information Management system reports

Provide support in Tag Validation, Data expedition, Data Validation & provide end user training in Web based Engineering Database.

Provide support to maintain data consistency across all Information Management Systems

Able to manage and delegate the work for a team of Information Management System administors

Education And Experience

Ideally higher technical diploma, e.g. Polytechnic or general High School diploma Long relevant experience may replace formal education 3-10 years of relevant experience within the shipping and offshore industry Previous experience within the FPSO industry is an advantage Completions background is required
