SummaryThe primary role of Manufacturing Quality function is to design, implement and monitoring quality control programs. Key deliverables include, but not limited to, recommending changes to methods, procedures and standards to improve quality of output based on analysis of data and systems. Ensures products are built correctly to specification, quality standards and appropriate regulatory compliance. Reports defects and tracks until resolution.
Let's talk about Responsibilities:
Ensures that approved and written procedures, work instructions and specifications are carried out correctly. Release Finished product in a timely manner meeting business KPI’s of Quality, Delivery and Cost. Review and approve DHR and other relevant documents meeting documentations KPI’s. Conducts in process check as required and complete documentation as evidence of completed task. Ensures that non-conforming components are processed as per work instructions, quarantined, labelled, documented and not released until investigation and method of disposition has been approved. To manage individual responsibilities within the QC group. To sustain target inspection time, turn-around of one day. To identify areas of cost reduction and efficiency within the QC group. To continuously maintain a safe and healthy workplace environment. Teamwork: Contributes to team issues, supports team members and shares relevant information. Builds relationships to achieve team results. Highlight and escalate issues as found and drive resolution. Leadership: Possesses knowledge, skill, confidence and initiative to perform job with minimal supervision. Displays knowledge, skill and confidence in providing functional competencies to other departments. Work Performance: Displays ability to sustain target output. Displays competency on the job.Required:
Minimum GCE O’ Level qualification OR at least 2 years’ experience in a similar field equivalent.
