Porsche Singapore is offering a vacancy as Intern Finance within its Finance Team. The successful intern will support the Finance Team in various day-to-day finance operations.

Supporting the accounts payable and account receivable processes, which includes processing invoices, checking and issuing receipts, updating transactions in the Dealer Management System (DMS), and etc. Assisting in financial analysis and planning tasks, including data extraction, analysis, presentation of findings and insights. Supporting the procurement process using the Dealer Management System (DMS), including tasks such as vendor creation and facilitating of purchase request (PR) approvals. Participating in discussions regarding process improvement to enhance efficiency and streamline Finance Team workflows.

QualificationsQualifications

Undergraduate in Business Administration, Accountancy, or any other relevant studies. Past internship experience preferred. Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently. Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding. Internship Duration: June – December Internship Type: Full-time
