Overall Functions / support:
Corporate admin services & supportIncludes budgeting & monitoring of expenses for all BUsFixed Assets (FA) inventorising & reconciliationBCP & EHSTravel management reportsStaff onboarding (new/transfers/attachments, etc) & staff exitsInvolved in team projects such as coordinating with various departments for office A&A works, renovation for new offices, logistics coordination etcAssist in renewal of IAR / PL /PI insurance for corporate offices / IT facilitiesAssist in room / visitor bookings and system generated reports for trending monitoring etcLiaising with staff and vendors for printing of letterheads / nametags / office collaterals etcRaising PRs / POs and invoice processingAssists in store administrationBackup covers for reception duties and crown-related coordination Facilities management coordination Mailroom & dispatch services support Office security & access card support Pantry services & supplies coordinationRequirements
Minimum GCE 'O' level, NTC or relevant disciplines At least 2 years of experience, preferably in mailroom functions Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills. Meticulous and well-organized. Good communication skills A good team player and willingness to learnOnly shortlisted candidates will be notified.
