Responsibilities

Provide valuation for all types of properties in Singapore Carry out site inspections, prepare valuation reports and ensure timely completion of assignments Involved in business development to generate new business for the department

Requirements

Degree in Real Estate or equivalent qualification Candidate with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a more senior position Analytical, meticulous and possessing good communication skills Self-motivated Team player with good interpersonal skills
