Overall Responsibilities: As a Senior Business Analyst at Synechron, you will be responsible for building and change management, analyzing enhancements, proposing solutions, and collaborating with architects, developers, and business stakeholders. You will be involved in specifications, workload estimates, planning, test scenarios, release documentation, coordinating user acceptance tests, monthly releases, support of the release roadmap in production, and incidents and requests management.

Category-wise Technical Skills:

Change Management:

Proficiency in change management processes and practices within the context of IT projects.

Business Analysis:

Experience in analyzing enhancements, proposing solutions, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Release Management:

Knowledge of release management processes, including workload estimates, planning, and release documentation.

User Acceptance Testing:

Ability to coordinate and conduct user acceptance tests for software applications and systems.

Incident and Request Management:

Experience in managing and resolving incidents and requests from business users and other IT teams.

Capital Markets Knowledge:

Understanding of capital markets activities and products, including financial instruments, trading, and investment management.

Experience:

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, change management, and software release processes, with a focus on capital markets activities and products.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to analyze enhancements and propose solutions. Plan and document workload estimates, test scenarios, and release documentation. Coordinate user acceptance tests and support monthly releases and the release roadmap in production. Manage incidents and requests from business users and other IT teams, troubleshoot and fix issues/bugs.

Qualifications and Soft Skills:

Proficiency in English writing and speaking. Strong knowledge of capital markets activities and products. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
