Administrative Officer, Nursing

Job Description
The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing effective and efficient office management and administrative support to the Nursing Department, particularly on education and learning matters.
Attend to queries from external customers Provide secretarial and administrative support to the department Support in minutes taking, proof reading documents and external/internal correspondence Assist in the improvement of nursing education and learning and clinical operation materials Prepare logistics, book rooms, and support online courses etc Manage and assist in logistics preparation and coordinating meetings/events Collate nominations for training and correspond with nursing homes and external parties on course administration Prepare, compile and maintain training records Collect, report, disseminate and follow-up on attendance, quizzes and course evaluations Compile and disseminate training reports to relevant parties Assist in the collation of clinical quality indicators report and presentation
Qualifications
Min. Diploma holder and above Candidates with nursing experience would be considered favorably Knowledge in a healthcare setting would be an advantage Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support Proficient in Google Workspace (e.g. Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Gmail, etc) Detail oriented and meticulous Good communication skills (oral and written) Team player, open to task-switching to support the business' needs Resourceful and self-directed to act on tasks-
