The job:

Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will implement strategies and plans to effectively drive improvement and efficiencies in Chubb’s consumer and commercial processes and activities in accordance with the policies and guidelines.

As a Transformation Program Manager, a typical day might include the following:

Build and propose initiatives in line with the strategic direction set by senior management, translate them to program goals and drive cross-functional teams to execute on them. Support and influence head and managers of departments to develop business cases that optimize impact of programs, projects, and initiatives on return on investment in both top and bottom line. Make recommendations for solutions with a digital-first mindset, aligned to target operating model, and with proper internal controls Collaborate with all levels of stakeholders, including C-level and regional executives, to probe and gather information from stakeholders to identify and prioritize key opportunities & pain points Track and manage progress of programs, which could include multiple inter-related projects led by project managers from various departments in addition to Transformation-led projects, from envision through to deployment & tracking the overall budget, milestones, risks & issues and changes Identifying, managing, resolving or mitigating cross team risks; escalates unresolved issues to appropriate channels, to steer mid-course readjustments as appropriate Responsible to provide periodic status updates and reports to various stakeholders on project progress and health Collaborate with Specialists and ensure documentation of as-is and to-be processes, gap analysis, and internal support documentation (., requirements, including automation, systems enhancements, are well-developed and at pitched at the right levels Facilitate meetings and workshops to steer discussions towards gaining agreement on next actions Establish data points for reporting and get stakeholder agreement and accountability on to-be success metrics Project Management functions - plan and drive implementation, with oversight of requirements, development, testing, delivery, and proper handover to embed to-be process into Business-as-Usual (BAU) teams Any other duties, projects or functions assigned by your manager

This job might be for you if you have:

Bachelor’s Degree Presentation and engagement skills with a natural ability to influence and inspire. Ability to analyze with data-focused insights and systems-thinking for effective transformation. Critical thinking skills, a can-do attitude, and the drive to deliver change and results. Strong digital and data literacy, with a propensity in data storytelling Flexibility and agility to adapt to new ways of working, including the use of Generative AI.  Structured thought process and writing skills to document processes, project plans, and slides. An ability to communicate in verbal and written English with all levels, including management. A passion for people and excellent interpersonal skills.  Program and Project Management certification is an advantage (., MSP, PgMP, PRINCE2, PMP) Knowledge of improvement and implementation frameworks (., Lean Six Sigma, Agile) is a plus. Proven record of successful delivery of transformation programs will be highly advantageous.
