Chef de Partie (with Teppanyaki Experience)

We are looking for individuals who are able to handle the preparation of teppanyaki as per guest orders or as assigned by kitchen management. Reporting to Executive Chef, Chef de Partie works together with other team members on a daily basis to ensure a flawlessly executed final product. Excellent communication skills are also essential.

This position requires a person with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.

Who are we looking for?

Preferably with 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry or hospitality in a Japanese restaurant (with Teppanyaki experience) Postgraduate or diploma in hotel management or related courses Strong communications and interpersonal skills Adaptable working in fast-paced environment Team player and ability to learn quickly Attentiveness and patience for guest
